With IDE hard drive speeds increasing, we now stock both the new ATA 133 and 100 version cables. Manufactured using the high performance, round cable these are not available in custom made lengths.

Designed to work with Ultra ATA 33.3, 66.6 and UDMA drives, these high speed ribbon cables can also be used to mamimize the performance from standard IDE drives.

The short 30cm cable features the standard pitch 40 way IDC connector to the 44 way IDC socket and 4 way power connector as found on 2.5" hard disc drives. The alternative version is a 40 way IDC male and 4 Pin power connector to 44 way IDC socket adaptor.

We stock as standard both single and dual 40 way IDE disc drive cables. Custom configurations can be manufactured for these hard disc cables.

The following cable is for use with 2.5" disc drives that use the metric 2mm pitch type of ribbon cable and are fitted with the 44 way IDC sockets.

The floppy mounting kit is available from stock. Each kit contains the brackets and adaptors to cover most requirements.

Catering for both 5.25 " and 3.5" drive types, all current internal power cables are available from stock in standard lengths only.

The cables provide the interface between PC internal and external outputs. Each adaptor cable is fitted to the necessary expansion slot required for installation. Custom made lengths are not available for this range.
